Rename the product description that appears on international labels

Are you sending sensitive goods internationally? For whatever reason, be it customer privacy or you can rename the product description that appears on international custom labels (i.e. the CN22 or CN23 labels).

When creating the shipment (the first step of fulfilment), for international orders, you can rename the product. Check out the video, or step by step below.

Step by step overview:

• Create shipment
• In the Parcels > Products section, next the to SKU click on the three little dots
• Select 'Change Label Name'

• Select 'For all future shipments', if you want the app to remember this rename preference
• Save
