Error Message: "Unable to pay for the order using STORED_PAYMENT"

As we don't directly manage any payment details within the Addition app itself, you will need to check the payment details in your MyPost/ParcelSend portal.

Here are a few suggestions:

  • Ensure the card on file hasn't expired
  • Ensure you have enough to cover the transaction you're processing
  • No outstanding charges associated with your account
  • If you have a charge account and have recently changed your bank details, there can be a 1-2 day verification delay

If you still don't have any luck, you will need to reach out to Australia Post directly and request assistance from their support team.
