Why can't I pay for my labels through Addition?

If you've encountered an error message saying "These labels cannot be printed because the order shipment id *number* has not been paid", it is likely that you have missed a step within the fulfilment process.

The step often missed is "creating a manifest" and "create a lodgement" - these are the steps required to pay AusPost for the labels.

Please ensure you are following all the necessary steps, in the correct order.
