I am temporarily closing my store. Can I pause my subscription?
At this time, Shopify does not have a 'pause' feature for app subscriptions, so we are unable to offer this.
That said, we've made it so that when you uninstall and reinstall our app, your rates and/or fulfilment settings are saved so that it's easy to get back up and running with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back! :)
