1.4 Display StarTrack rates at checkout

StarTrack is a courier & freight service offered by Australia Post. If you wish to display your StarTrack Premium or Express rates to your customers at checkout, you can connect your StarTrack account with your Addition account.

If you haven't already connected your Shipping & Tracking API with Addition you'll need to do that first.

  1. From the Addition dashboard click 'Rates'
  2. Under 'Accounts', next to MyPost Business click 'Setup'Screen_Shot_2022-10-01_at_2.05.35_pm.png
  3. If prompted to 'Link account', complete this step first. Next, click 'Use account' next to StarTrack AccountScreen_Shot_2022-10-01_at_2.19.58_pm.png
  4. Select all the rates that suit your shipping strategy, and click 'Add rates' to save these settings.

Nicely done! The rates you have selected here will now display at your checkout.
