Display MyPost Business rates at checkout

MyPost Business is a free account with Australia Post which offers account holders 'agreed' retail rates. If you wish to display these rates to your customers at checkout, you can connect your MyPost Business account with your Addition account.

If you haven't already connected your MyPost Business account with Addition you'll need to do that first.

  1. From the Addition dashboard click 'Rates'
  2. Under 'Accounts', next to MyPost Business click 'Setup'mceclip0.png
  3. If prompted to select source of rates, click 'Use account' next to MyPost Account
  4. Select 'Add rate'add_rate.PNG
  5. Select all the rates that suit your shipping strategy. Tip: Domestic rates are at the top part of the screen, scroll right down to the end to select International rates.

Click 'Add rates' to save the changes.

Nicely done! The rates displayed below are what your customers will see at checkout depending on their location. Depending on what rates you've selected, your screen will look similar to the below:

In this screenshot example; Domestic customers will be able to choose from Express Post, Parcel Post and Parcel Post with Signature.  International customers will be able to select either Economy Air, Express or Standard post.
