Fulfilment error: I'm not sure if my shipment was lodged?
If you can't move past the 'Create Lodgement' screen while working on a MyPost Business fulfillment, it's likely you have a credit card error. This could be caused by insufficient funds, or an out of date credit card linked to your MyPost Business account.
First check your account has sufficient funds, then check if there is some other reason the card payment might have failed.
