Error: “No network found for your selection from AU to (Country code) for product_id (XYZ)”
What this means
This error occurs when Australia Post has temporarily suspended a particular international service to the destination country.
For example:
“No network found for your selection from AU to US for product_id PTI8”
In this case, PTI8
refers to International Standard / Pack & Track service, which has been suspended for the United States.
When this happens, labels cannot be created for that service type because it is not currently available in Australia Post’s network.
How to resolve
- Select an alternative service that remains active for the destination country.
- For example, if
PTI8
(International Standard) is suspended, choosePTI7
(International Standard with Signature) instead.
- For example, if
- Reattempt label creation using the new service option.
- Optional: Confirm with your Australia Post account manager whether the suspension is temporary or ongoing.
Why this happens
Australia Post occasionally suspends or restricts services to certain countries due to:
- Changes in international carrier networks
- Border closures or customs disruptions
- Global events impacting mail transport or delivery routes
As a third-party app, Addition only receives the error message
“No network found for your selection from AU to (Country code) for product_id (XYZ)”
and does not receive details on the reason or duration of the suspension.
