Orders Search Filters

The Orders screen in Addition includes multiple filtering options to help you quickly find specific orders. You can filter by shipping method, tags, order status, fulfilment status, and more to streamline order management.


How to Filter Orders by Shipping Method

1️⃣ Click ‘Orders’ in the left-hand menu.

2️⃣ At the top, next to the search bar, click ‘Shipping Method’ (as shown in the screenshot).

3️⃣ A dropdown menu will appear with available shipping options.

4️⃣ Select the shipping method you want to filter by (e.g., "Express", "Standard", or "Parcel Post") to display only those orders.

Pro Tip: You can select multiple shipping methods to filter a broader range of orders.


How to Filter Orders by Tags

1️⃣ In the Orders screen, type an order tag in the search bar to filter orders with that tag, using "tag:***tag name***"

2️⃣ To exclude a tag from the search results, add a minus sign (-) before the tag, "-tag:***tag name***


Additional Filtering Options

🛒 Order Status: View orders that are open, archived, or cancelled.

💰 Payment Status: Filter by paid, unpaid, or partially paid orders.

📦 Fulfilment Status: Show orders that are fulfilled, unfulfilled, or partially fulfilled.

📍 Location: Filter by order shipping location.

Using these filters together helps you prioritise orders efficiently and improve fulfilment workflows.
