Partially Fulfill Orders, from the Order Screen

Printing Multiple Labels, Splitting Packages, and Partial Fulfilment in Addition

You can print multiple labels for a single order using the Addition app, a process sometimes referred to as "splitting packages." The same method applies if you're partially fulfilling an order while waiting for the remaining stock to arrive.

Steps to Split Packages or Partially Fulfil an Order:

1️⃣ From the Orders screen, click the green 'Ship' button.

2️⃣ The next steps follow the same process as standard fulfilment, but you’ll need to adjust the number of products per parcel.

• eParcel users will see 'Add Parcel' instead of 'Create Shipment'.

  3️⃣ When creating the shipment, click 'Add Parcel' or 'Create Shipment' (each click adds a new parcel).

  4️⃣ Assign the product quantity for Parcel 1, then select a package.

  5️⃣ Adjust the product quantity for Parcel 2, then select a package.

  6️⃣ Repeat until all items in the order have been assigned to a parcel.

  7️⃣ Once all products have been allocated, click Save to finalise the shipment.
