How to: Change Sender Address Details or Shipping Address

If you need to update your sender address or shipping address details in Addition, follow the steps below. These settings allow you to ensure your shipments are processed with the correct address information.


  • From the Addition dashboard, click Settings on the left-hand menu.
  • Select Locations.
  • Click View next to the address you want to edit (click Resync Locations if the locations linked to your Shopify store aren’t displaying).
  • Update the Address field.

Note: You must enter address details. If you have privacy concerns, you can use a PO Box or a general street description instead of a full physical address.
