Uninstall application & cancel subscription

Whether you're trialing the app or planning to switch to a new one, you might need to remove Addition from your store and cancel your subscription. Here’s how to do it directly from your Shopify admin:

1. Navigate to your store admin (e.g., storename.myshopify.com).

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click on 'Apps and sales channels' in the left-hand panel.

4. Find the app you want to remove and click 'Uninstall.'

5. Hover over the app and click 'Uninstall' to complete the process.

*Confirm the uninstall by selecting a reason for uninstalling (optional) and clicking the red Uninstall button in the popup box.

You have now uninstalled the Addition app and have cancelled your subscription.
