Locations

Locations refer to the physical places from which you ship your products. By default Addition will show all locations set up via your Shopify Dashboard.

Once you set a default location within Addition, this is the address and details that will print as 'Sender Details' on your shipping labels. If you choose to edit your locations in Shopify, just remember that any changes will only be reflected in Addition only once you Resync Locations in our app.

  1. From the Addition dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Locations, then Resync Locations to refresh the list of locations.
    You'll see a refreshed list of the locations you have setup in your Shopify admin.

Note: Edits made in Addition are not reflected in your Shopify admin, but they do override your Shopify settings. In other words, when the app is quoting rates to your customers at the checkout or using location information for order fulfilment, it will take preference for the location information you have input to Addition over the Shopify location.
