Does the app calculate surcharges and fees?

Absolutely! The quoting endpoint keeps up with the changing fee surcharges per your contract.

If your eParcel or StarTrack account is linked to display rates at your checkout, the app's calculation includes:

• The base shipping cost
• GST
• Freight, security, and fuel surcharges

*Certain fees (oversized surcharge, for example) are not included in the API response that we use to calculate rates, please reach out to your eParcel or StarTrack manager to confirm what fees are added to your invoice after processing your shipment, and are not included in the Australia Post API's

MyPost Business rates are all inclusive.
