Rename the product description for your international labels

Sending sensitive goods internationally? For whatever reason, be it customer privacy or other, you can rename the product description that appears on international custom labels, that is the CN22 or CN23 labels.

When setting up a shipment (the first step of fulfillment), you have the option to change the product name. Watch the video or follow the steps below.

 

  1. Create shipment
  2. In the Parcel > Products section, next the to SKU click on the three little dots
  3. Select 'Change Label Name'
  4. Select 'For all future shipments', if you want the app to remember this rename preference
  5. Save
