Adjust/changing your shipping label format

If you're using Addition to fulfill orders and print labels, you might like to change your shipping label format.

How to change your shipping label format

1. From your Addition dashboard, click Settings, then Accounts.
2. From the list of accounts, choose the account for which you'd like to set the label formats.
3. Then scroll down to the 'Label formats' section. Here, you'll see all of your options.
4. Make sure to click Save when you're done.

Note: Use the left or top offset options to adjust where the text prints on your labels - this can help when the label prints too far to the left for example.  If the offset adjustments are not enough to fix the alignment, you will then need to refer to your printer setup guide.

*The offset is in mm, so you may need an offset of 4 to see a major difference in where the text prints, a setting of 1 or 2 will be a very minor change, but it may be best to test in smaller increments anyhow!

Once you've made any label format changes, this will only apply to new labels produced after the change has been made, i.e. if trying to configure for an existing fulfilment group, you'd need to delete the labels and then reproduce/download them again to see the changes.
