eParcel Plus Bulk Fulfilment

Once you've connected your eParcel (also known as ParcelSend) account with Addition, you can easily group shipments and print multiple labels at once. To make the process even smoother, we suggest setting up Shipping Automation rules as an eParcel Plus user.

Begin Fulfilment

• Within the Addition dashboard, go to the Orders section, and pick the orders you wish to fulfil.
• Select Create a new fulfilment group.
• Assign a title to the group and save it.

Step 1 - Create Shipments

• Address any error messages that may appear.
• If necessary, select an alternate package or adjust the delivery service.
• Select all the orders and click Create Shipments.

Your shipments will automatically move to Step 2

Step 2 - Print labels & Order Manifest

• First, select orders and click Print labels
  • Note:  Label generation may take a minute or two; retry if an error message appears.
• Then, select orders and click Order Manifest
  • Note: You must print labels first to generate the manifest.
• (Optional) If needed, select orders and, from the 'More Actions' dropdown, choose "Print Packing Slips."
• Final step, select the orders and click Fulfil Orders in Shopify
  • Note: Ensure you have printed labels and produced the manifest, before fulfilling orders

Step 3 - View fulfilled orders

After your orders have been successfully fulfilled, they will progress to Step 3. You can revisit this screen at any time to review the shipment details.
